In Flexxii, when customers start a conversation, they can automatically execute the processes with the messages they write via smart replies. Smart replies can be added, updated or deleted manually directly using the "Smart Replies" module. These smart replies can be customized and supported by selecting the appropriate features for the processes in order to detect the messages in the messages written by the customers according to the appropriate processes and to return to the customers automatically. In addition, Smart Replies can provide your customers with such a service by generating dynamic responses via an API from the "Smart Message Settings" module, which we can define in the Flexxii panel.
