Calls Screen and Making a Call

Calls can be made via Flexxii after entering a phone information in the text box on the dialpad or filtering and clicking on the subscriber search text box at the top. After these operations, a call can be made by clicking the “Call” button. If your Flexxii panel is integrated with Dynamics 365 and Channel Integration Framework, you can see the “Create Case” button during the call. You can access the “Search Summary” screen after clicking the “End Search” button and ending the search. You can observe general information about the call and take notes.
